Worst sound-proofing of any apartment complex I've lived in. The upstairs to downstairs sounds like it's separated by cardboard. My upstairs neighbor's staircase runs along my livingroom wall and I had to remove all pictures from that wall because they kept falling off when that person would go up or down. My husband and I have lived here just over a year and we LOVE it. We live in the 5150 building. It's very spacious and clean. We love the open concept kitchen and living room. We have a two car garage and plenty of parking in the spaces outside. The office personnel is very friendly and all our maintenence requests have been completed in a timely manner.
