I will admit I was a skeptic the first time I walked into Curves. I can hear myself saying it now, "How tough can it really be?". Each day I am more and more amazed at how wrong I really was. The thing that really gets me is how an older lady with bad joints can have a great safe, low to no impact workout on the same circuit as a fit 20-something that is trying to squeeze in a fat-burning,...
