Is there a -5 star? My husband and I trusted them to do our floors and we have so many flaws it makes me want to hire someone to come fix it. They came out several times and fixed a few things and shined up some places and fixed the water line they cut thru. 6 thousand bucks later and a terminally ill husband, we just gave up. I like the color and all but hate looking at the flaws and cracked...
