I've been a customer for years and can always count on cudos to have a great gift for every occasion. However, I always feel like I am being treated like a criminal when I am trying to shop. I totally understand the need to keep an eye on customers to prevent shoplifting but most employees there take it way too far. I do not feel comfortable when I shop there. I have a hard time relaxing and...

I bought a nightlight and I used it one night but when I went to turn it off the next morning it burnt my fingers. When I tried to return it as defective they refused because I got it on sale. They had no interest in trying to correct a major safety concern. How sad!
