Excellent! Customer service at the Cubesmart location in Fall Creek, very friendly and knowledgable staff, although I only stored here for a short while the facility was always clean and quiet, the push carts were always available for my use. My experience here was good and I will definitely recommend storing at this facility.

Great service from day one!! Very friendly staff and great rates. I always felt that my belongings were safe. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I'm very upset that I paid the price because they have old information on material that they hand out. A customer should never suffer because of a business mistake

NICE HUMBLE STORAGE FACILITY

I just visited and rented a storage unit at Big Tex Storage by Fall Creek. They have a ton of extra security: cameras everywhere, door alarms, TV monitoring. I was shocked at how clean the place was. Their prices were better than Private & Affordable. Location is right by my house in Summerwood. Rent here! You can���t beat the service.
