One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Very hostile and unhelpful staff. I only come here for the marginally lower prices. Avoid at all costs unless absolutely necessary.

This place has more friendly staff than the other textbook store Day and Nite in the same shopping center. Their prices are also always cheaper than the Mt. Sac bookstore. However one lady...
