I came in there asking for a 4th gen El Camino hood and rear bumper. He asks me if that's an 86 or and 85. Come on, you work at a salvage yard and you don't know Generations of cars!? Anyways I corrected him "it's a 77, 4th gen is 73-77"

So he says alright and takes me to the vehicle. IT WAS A RUST BUCKET!! I understand old. I understand antique. But this thing was hideous! Then he tries...
