I brought my notebook in for their so called “FREE” Diagnostic...the WORST MISTAKE!!!!
It is anything but free!! A few days after bring my computer in, I received a call. It was a bad motherboard costing over $160. I declined the fix and thought I would do it myself. To my surprise when I opened the computer MAJOR COMPONENTS WERE MISSING!!!! The FAN, HEAT...

They fixed my laptop screen for less than 120 ,i went to best buy gave me estimate for 289 i love this store i will be back for more service.

I went to other service they charged me 69 for diag they didnot fix my pc i called CSA they did free diag for free and fisxed my computer at half the cost ,they are honast i will be back again if i have any problem.
