BEWARE: before purchasing a pool with Crystal Pools. Long story short: Mario said something would be covered under warrant until it was time to fix. Pool is FALLING APART. Surface of pool feels like we are walking on sand and half of it comes out when we clean filters. Tiles are hollow and there is cracks all in pool. EVERYWHERE in pool. He didn't show up for his appointment and every other time I called he was too busy and always said to call him back. Very unprofessional.
