We are so sorry we hired them to build our first pool, it was an awful experience. They don't return phone call, always goes straight to voicemail. They don't show up to work when they say they will, extremely poor service. We gave up on them and paid twice to get our pool finished the right way, the cleaner they put in broke and they never replaced it, I could go on and on but will just say...

Absolutely no service for repair issue & no informing us of the plan. Waited 3 weeks for service! Finally took issue from them and found reputable service from another vendor and that vendor communicated! So sorry they EVER got our business. Muddy, not crystal clear. CC's phone line ALWAYS went to voice mail.
