bad customer service!! clothes still soaked after spin cycle and owner couldn't give money back because the machine went through the cycle...nevermind that the machine didn't do what is was supposed to do.....REALLY?

my name is steve wahle. I move around a lot so when I moved to Springfield two months ago I found crystal cleaners and started doing my laundry there. I am there about two times a week and drop around 15-20 dollars each trip. I was there a little while ago, while putting quaters in a two dollar machine I somehow put $2....50 in to it. I went to the cleaners side to see if I could get the $.50...
