They hate Americans!

Coupons are a scam...they charge you 3x's more and tell you, you need different oil than the coupon offer.
— 1 starThey made sure the recent reviews were for their dishonesty-these people they paid, are employees at other establishments or friends. FB shows connections

The only positive reviews are from friends or family who live outside the country. FB reviews prove that. They are scammers and pick and chose who they are going to screw and scam. They ruined my engine with cracked oil-meaning a mixture of ...every fluid that is drained from a car. It blew up my engine and they lied in court. They are liars., Check your oil filter after. Mark them. Know your car. THE BEST CHOICE DO NOT GO THERE. Anyone offering oil changes that low, are known to use that type of oil. I learned the hard way, and from asking people I KNOW WHO WORK AT OIL CHANGE PLACES OR DEALERSHIPS. They water things down. They distract you. They lie.

I just bought a car that was running great and they screwed me. I am on medical disability at the moment from a serious surgery- and it took every penny I had to buy a car. They know they ruined it. I talked to several people after this that had issues with them. They do not like Americans. They own several businesses in town. One being the Coney Island by Kohls. My friend said the owner was a jerk, Who knows what they do to the food. He is the manager at Cruz: Alex. They change names all the time. You will get Sam or Lucas. I have called up there asking for the owner and got Sam and Lucas.

They may feel victorious over this-but they are haters and scammers. It is really very, very sad. I have never been so sad in all my life. Go back to Lebanon and be happy instead of over here deciding who you want to rob with little things just to have a laugh at "Us Stupid Americans". That is the reality, and they know it. Over tighten oil pan nuts-on purpose. Have dirty filter left on-on purpose, put s@!t in your car-they don't use an oil pump they use a red koolaide looking container-what dip it in a barrel when you feel like itl. Sure they might change some oil, but they want you to come back and "well we have friends who can help you get a new engine cheap!".

Stay away. The bad far out way the good. I know two of the positive review people- ironically. I went to school with them.

They run a circus of lies, distractions, and the right thing to do was to pay for my engine and the owner knows it,. Well in time karma will catch up to you. Enjoy your crooked life-liars.

Why didn't your employee do the right thing-bring 5 quarts of oil and change it again right in front of me, not let it wreck my engine. Why would I have wanted to do that? Why would I have had all the oils filled. Bought new tires, had a tune up-why? That engine just had new parts and was running fine.

Why didn't he say change the oil-why? I didn't want a new engine. The one I had was fine. But anytime I work on a car that involves opening it up, I want to change the oil.Thats me. That's being safe to me. Not pulling into a place and saying I just got the car and them then complaining it had 204,000 miles. So what. I have a van I sold my friends 2 years ago with 350,000 and never did anything but change the oil regularly-with real oil. They are still driving it today with no problems. Why would I go somewhere to get a ruined car. Why would I spend money replacing fluids that would all have to come out? That doesn't make sense? FYI: and my mom met the owner at hi way tire after the incident-they dated for a month and got married on April 23rd. They are in their 70's-so I didn't go there before). I had to wait to save money to put an engine in, while I had no car to drive 2 months, which was very inconvenient and humiliating and having to ask for rides and borrow my kids cars- and then my mom met him and he said their shop could do it. He is retired, but I took it up there-just for your information. He wasn't doing me any favors. You guys know what you did was wrong. Why didn't you just bring new oil or tell me to change it myself. I am stupid and you are all laughing at what you did. You even said it in the first hearing-we could have had it done cheaper. Yeah I bet. And I am not the first person you have done this too-TRUST ME. You just haven't been sued before. The first judge sided with me. The other judge will be getting a complaint filled against for laughing in my face.

All you had to do was bring me new oil. It makes me sick. I am angry, hurt, and crushed at what this cost me, plus having it sit I did not undo the battery so it wrecked the alternator. Never again. I can do all that work myself even if I have to lay on the ground. I am sure that radiator flush was a joke too; probably water-it certainly wasn't green-it was yellow s@!%!y orangish brown.

They aren't America's friends-they hate us.

I used to go here a few years ago but generally I perform my own oil changes when I have the time. I was short on time and over on mileage a few weeks ago and decided to stop in. The place must be under new ownership. They first told me they would need to charge extra because my vehicle required 6 quarts of oil. Absolutely not, it requires 4.5 quarts, I know this, and I told them to check their...

Complain to the BBB. Better business bureau of south east Michigan. They will even handle complaints and small claims. Wish I had known. Send them your complaint too. Spread the work about these crooks. Takes 10 minutes!

Crooks-stay away. They water stuff down, they lie, they distract you, they put cracked oil in cars-that's all types of fluid mixed. Radiator flush

I had no problems with my car over heating and I had heat. Since I had a radiator flush my car not only over heats in about 2 miles; it also has no heat! I'll be back to get my car corrected.
