New Taste for Chef Jason Wilson's Crush

Chef Jason Wilson's award-winning restaurant Crush has a brand new concept with the menu split into dishes based on an ingredient (called a 'Taste') which come with an appropriate beverage pairing (cocktail, sake, local craft beer or 'hyperlocal artisan wine'). Described in a press release as "...a new focus where empowering the guest is paramount to telling a story" a 'taste' is $17 (apart...

This Grill is On Fire: Miller's Guild Opens Tonight!

A complete departure from his other restaurant, Crush, Miller's Guild is a way more casual restaurant, a small affair off the lobby with just 76 seats so that, according to Wilson, "everyone will be comfortable, and able to be engaged in the action at the grill and at the bar."

Second time there and we were as impressed as with the first. Really unique dishes and execution, friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff, rich wine choices. Beef tartare was probably the best we've ever had. Scallops were to die for, made more interesting by the accompanying tomato jam. Wagyu entree also very impressive. In my opibion portion size were not a...

The restaurant is located in downtown Seattle off Maddison and Broadway. The actual restaurant is inside old house that is made into a restaurant. You can hear the Old wood squeaking when people are going back-and-forth. It is cancer they're fine dining restaurant however the proximity between tables makes me feel a little squeeze. Great food and great service. They...

After hearing many raves about this place we went there. It was in an old hous near 23rd and Maddison. The food was OK, but nothing like what I was expecting based on others comments..

First fine dining experience

The food was splendid. However, I should have indicated on my reservation that this was an anniversary dinner...or perhaps we should have worn couture. I'm really not one to complain in my reviews, but I really have a hard time appreciating a place that treats its customers according to their apparent income. Our waitress was pleasant but indifferent, and chose...

Four stars, reluctantly

The food was well prepared although the portion sizes were incredibly small considering the price. Cocktails were pricey. Our server was knowledgable but a bit snootie when we asked questions about the food. Like we were minions, surprised we even knew what a pickled habenero pepper was. The service was very slow but it was a busy night during restaurant week. I give Crush four stars...

Contemporary dining tables and subtle hues outfit this awesome two-level dining space, converted from an old home. Elegant and inventive, the menu features favorites like a rosemary grilled lamb rib-eye with syrah sauce, gnocchi, green garlic and fava beans. An extensive wine list includes domestic and international labels.
