This place has atmosphere AND great food. I have enjoyed afternoon tea here as well as lunch, and they were both delightful. The presentation of the tiered tray was just beautiful, I was very impressed! I have my own tea party business and I wouldn't hesitate to take anyone here to have tea...I couldn't say enough good things about this tea room. I remember seeing pimento cheese sandwiches on...

go for lunch, go for tea, it doesn't matter. foods always fresh and yummy. dessert is amazing! (try the lemon tart. best in town.)
the prices are about a dollar or two more than mid range chain restaurants but it's worth it for the REAL fresh ingredients. not fancy-restaurant prices.
the service is warm and friendly.
better to make reservations if you have more than 2 people. small dining...
