With all the different Cruises out there & not knowing which website to go to for the best Cruise rates, I was recommended by a friend to go through Cruise.com. From start to finish, they are a 5 star service! After living for years in a desert out West, the first vacation I wanted to go on when I transferred to Florida was a Cruise. It was the best vacation ever!

Beware! This company advertises and sells you a cruise at one price then tries to charge you thosands of dollars more. The customer service is terrible when you try to get things solved. You can't hardly get on the phone with anyone who has any knowledge or power because they are on a three hour lunch break.

The "expert vacation" planners are useless and don't know anything about their promotions for NCL. I booked 2 cruises this summer but it apparently only went well because I did everything onlinedon't advertise coupons that expire in 10 hours and act like they don't exist. Don't quote me an outrageous rate because I am traveling solo. Really poor & aggravating experience. I will find something...
