If you own a dog, move here because you've got free rein. But if you don't like the sight of, smell of, or unsanitary condition of dog waste deposited close to your front door, thenSTAY AWAY. This "meticulously maintained" property has become less than desirable. I pay higher rent here because I wanted to live in a "nice" community. No I feel like I live in a ghetto. Not renewing my lease.

I have lived here for 3years. It is the greatest place I have ever lived. I think that the office staff is great. I don't know who said they were rude, but they obviously haven't met the current staff. They are so nice to me, and do anything that I need. The apartments are very nice and big. This is probably one of the better apartments I have lived in, but I do have a few complaints. They are priced high for what you get. I also had "critters" coming in and ended up having to caulk a crack in the wall myself to stop the problem. I could hear every step my upstairs neighbor made, and people outside carrying on conversations. If I had to do over I don't think I would recommend these.

I am about to complete my first year here, and am not renewing my lease. The dog waste and the noise levels at all hours (3AM last night!), combined with the every tight parking situation, make me cry when I write my $800 rent check. What on earth am I paying for?? I'm out of here!
