Found exactly what I was looking for: one small knob to match. Found staff to be very friendly/helpful even though lots customers asking for assistance. Loved wandering around looking at all the old-style knobs, hinges, etc. Puzzled by others' reviews; will have to stop back in....

The owner need to know the guys are not really helping, he can't just oh take the number by the flag some one will help you... very high-end price with very low customer service seriously everything takes 4 weeks for replacement?, I went to the salvage store close by the lady helps me right away through everything even the store almost close and made my day!!!. I agreed with Victor B.

Worst store, racist people just look at the comments only white people . Costumer service treating u like u don't belong in that place omg . No wonder they don't have costumer . Omg new in this city . Shame is this store . You people need to be better in costumer service be even with all ur costumer not just welcome the ones ur own race . I hate racist places

Crown is in the neighborhood and I often go there for mere proximity. They have tons of really great antique things and a small selection of standard home...
