We were quoted 80/hour over the phone for an estimated 1.5 hours work. They billed us 120/hour and claimed nearly 3 hours of work. Our fault for not getting a written estimate, but still the result is that they screwed us. AVOID this company.

Please be sure to watch Crosstown Employees. They never leave the site the way they found it.
