Absolutely terrible! Garth missed 2 very big, noticeable things with the house that any trained professional would be able to see. I should have noticed them myself, but I learned my lesson in not doing more work myself and trusting a home inspector who was supposed to be one of the best. I would recommend that you never never never use him as your home inspector unless you want very big...
