Extremely rough area. Not a good place for families. Horrified by the dinginess of the room. Had to check for bed bugs to be sure we didn't hav any uninvited guests. Most meorable site was the hole in the curtain was patched with band-aids! Unreal.\n\nFront desk rep was patient with my unhappiness.

Woke up on June 26, second night of stay, and saw a bug by pillow. I squished it with a Kleenex and blood came out. Had one more night to stay. Daughter tried to go to lay on other double bed she saw flat brown bug crawling and went to sleep on table in room instead. Told hotel about it but never heard anything from them. Saw brown spots on sheets too.

We spent a week there a couple mnths back and its wasnt too bad, sowe decided to stay a night and registured throu the a hotel site like last time. When we got there they demanded a CC deposit of $100 on top the amount we were offered just becuase this time we wanted to pay with cash, when our cc was still on file from last time. Crossland is a bad place, the service desk lady was the same...
