CrossFit White Rock is a great place to come and get a great work out in. We are kid friendly and have a fun room with art supplies and Apple TV. We have built a great community in Lakewood that is open and welcoming. It doesn't matter what your fitness level is, we are here to help you succeed! Our group classes always have a coach who is there to help you perform your best.

We have an amazing community of athletes, awesome coaches, brand new facilities, showers, towels, great equipment, Air Conditioning in the Summer along with 2 Big Ass Fans!, plenty of parking, and a great location.
