I have been to a lot of boxes as I have traveled over the years. The coaching at this particular box is very good. Facility is spacious and has all the equipment you will. Very warm, very friendly. If I lived here, definitely could make it my home box.

I was in the area on business and was lucky enough to have been staying around the corner from this box. I found the trainers incredibly knowledgeable and encouraging. They were super accommodating as I was a few minutes late one night coming off of a flight and made it a non issue. Not only were they encouraging and knowledgeable but as a fairly experienced crossfitter, they were sure to kick...

Miles was more than welcoming for a drop in. His members were also very outgoing in welcoming an out of towner like myself, which speaks tremendously for his community. I would recommend anyone in the area or traveling to that area to make it a point to get to his facility. Although I didn't get to attend the class (little one in tow) I could tell right away that this box had a lot to offer...

Love this box! The coaches, the facility, the athletes, the equipment and most importantly, the massage and chiropractic Tuesdays! The massage and chiro are important parts of recovery and body maintenance and for this box to offer it on site, is amazing.
