I didn't have a bad experience with them but they do charge per critter/ per rat/ per mice they catch in addition to the initial fee so I would not go back...

The people here did not solve our problem, accused us of taking their old fashioned wood/wire rat traps (which we later found on the ground under our bushes...

Unfreindly and expensive. What more is there to say about this company then the fact the they are not easy to work with and they charge more then there competitors do for the same services.
