Dishonest. They did what they were very well paid for. The follow up and " Transferable lifetime warranty" are a joke. Had an issue with them breaking the A/C drain line while doing the work. I called and they said they do not have an HVAC tech to fix it. To have it fixed and submit the invoice and they would reimburse me. It was only 67.00. They did send their "painter" out. He came with a can...

Rip off! ..we was told we had rat infestation and we payed $800 to get attic cleaned out. When they guys came to clean it they said they found nothing and were only here 15 min and left. So we spent $800 for nothing! They did nothing! Been trying to get a refund and they won't return our call!
Critter Control of Fort Worth, Texas played on our fears as grandparents telling us we had a roof rat infestation and the health and safety of our young grandson was at risk. After charging us over $11,000, their claims were totally unfounded and they refuse to refund our money. We have been trying to get a refund for ONE YEAR!!!
