staff was unfriendly and when my flag showed up thin and cracked they responded that its "nature". ridiculous. once they get paid they really dont care they just want the money. bad service from bad ownership. im going somewhere else next time.

It was almost like an afternoon at Branson! The place is just beautiful and the people there took time to talk to us and show us around. I felt like I was takin advantage of. t These people are interrested in you, they just want your money. Their are more friendlier companies out their,it took 16 months to complete my pool. way to long, and they dont pay attention to detail.
