employees have a bad attitude and lie about company policy (not being able to accept returns). Headquarters in California says otherwise. The store was 15 minutes till close and we were rushed outta there. Cricket is fine until you have a problem, then nobody can help you. This location is the only corporate office in Northwest Indiana, and it's in ILLINOIS! my advice... stay away from...
