The level of service provided by so- called management is just down right disgusting! Just because there is an urban store in an urban neighborhod does not give them the right to be so rude. What happened to providing good customer service to all guests? This level of service is never found in downtown Chicago... why??? Bottom line treat people with respect even if they are not spending money...
