had service twice now. first time i walked the unit with the service rep and pointed out everything i wanted repaired/checked. a little costly and they checked the wrong thing. 2nd time - not too sure of the quality and the service rep does not return phone calls or e-mails. if i had another option for service i would go there. everyone is friendly and parts folks are very helpful.

The title says it all. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT take your RV or travel trailer to the Georgetown location for service. Their service department will leave you in the dark. It took two trips and a total of OVER 8 WEEKS for some very minor work to be done on my unit.
