I went and checked them out and loved what i seen .there nice well kept up and clean. Its ideal for anyone that wants a quite and peaceful place to live .there very nice and my daughter loved them.nice tenant and the manager was very helpful and helping me out . check them out you will be glad you did.

I have lived at Crestview North for 2 years now, in a 2-story, 2bd/1.5ba townhome. I first lived here with my teenage daughter, and now alone, and have never EVER felt unsafe for either of us. The property may not look the most lavish from the outside, but the interiors are spacious, clean, well appointed, and beyond reasonably priced. The pet policy seems pretty lenient based on the animals...

Crestview North is a lovely gated community at the end of a private lane. The pet-friendly townhomes feature washer/dryer hook-ups, and the apartments offer laundry facilities. There are three pools on the grounds. Crestview is centrally located near shops, bus lines, American River College and Highway 80.
