I've lived here for a month now, and I'm unhappy. The security gates never work, the trash isn't picked up from outside on time. The maintenance are sloppy about having an apartment ready for move in. I turned in my list for maintenance with 48hour period and I had to call for them to fix what was on the list, weeks later... moving out once lease is over.

Honestly, you get what you pay for here. With cheap rent comes cheap quality of the apartment, complex, and staff. It was a good transitional apartment after moving states and straight out of college, but definitely won't be renewing our lease in the spring.

Located near 4 malls and and all the entertainment you can want movie grill bowling major grocery stores 4 laundry mats, though there is on site laundry a lot of the machines are down a lot. It is alsolocated in one of the top rated school districts in the state

My apartment is very nice and everyone seems so friendly. It's a great place to raise a family, and a fun place to be at.

Crest oasis is a good place to live location wise very close to dfw airport as well as being close to 4 malls and the center of a lot of entertainment the fact that you have a choice of a furnished or furnished apartment is ideal for someone just starting out the laundry facilities on property could be better but the complex is near 4 laundry mats and the maintenance is kept up pretty well
