What a great campground! Here in December with two other families so we had our choice of spots. Many sites on the creek, which I imagine would be great for kids in the summer. Staff was very friendly at check in and they stopped by a couple times during our stay to see if we needed anything. Not much road...

We arrived at Creekwood after 3 days on the north side of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and wanted to get away from the Gatlinburg type area.
This was exactly what we wanted.Our Passport America membership gave us half off and the location allowed us to visit Asheville as well as Cherokee and areas on the Blue Ridge Parkway....
