The apartments are good. It's nice and quiet. I like the area. But I agree, the manager (Cindy) is incompetent and unprofessional.
The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The creek is very relaxing and makes walking a pleasure. They have a really well kept pool and lots of activies for residents of all ages. I feel very comfortable and safe here. The management (Cindi and crew) are very hard working and very friendly. The apt. sizes are great for the money. I really love Creekside Apts. Everyone is freindly, the apt sizes are great for the money the grounds are beautiful and the staff are all friendly and helpful.
I have lived here for over 2 years now and it is the best quality apartment in the area. It is very quiet, no crime, close to schools, and priced well. The maintenance is a little slow, but they will get to you eventually. Everyone has been super nice and helpful. The pool is well maintained as well as the grounds. The apartment buildings are a little outdated, but well maintained.
DO NOT rent from this place!!! The manager (Cindy) is a terrible manager and person!
