HORRIBLE SERVICE, POOR EXPERIENCE!!! I booked an appointment with the owner JACK for 11am the following day. I explained that I would be taking a half day off from work in order to do so. He only had to INSPECT my vehicle, NOTHING MORE! I arrived on the agreed upon day 30 MINUTES EARLY. Not only was I told that he was was working on someone else's car in my appointment slot but the customer WAS NOT EVEN THERE!! He asked if I could drop my car off, I said no and reminded him that I must return to work. He told me that was the only way to have my car inspected. Calmly, I ask him if they do appointments or just walk ins. He says they do appointments. Still calmly, I ask is 11am an appointment? This man looks at me and tells me to take my car down the street and refuses me service!! I was confused, and angry as to why he would waste my time. He claims he will not go back and forth with me. I HIGHLY SUGGEST ANYONE SEEKING WORK TO SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!! WORST BUSINESS EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD
My experience was horrible! I told jack I needed sum touch up work done on my truck (several different areas of the truck) and he quoted me a price of 700 bucks. I agreeed. When I dropped the truck off the next day he told me 800 bucks. So I told him you told me 700 yesterday so he agreed. These guys used to be the best around but they aren't anymore. NO ONE that works there is certified mechanically or to do auto body repair. They used to care about what cars looked like when they left there but their quality has slipped so bad I don't think they'd know what a quality paint job looks like if it came up and punched them in the face! Instead of being the best they are becoming the BIGGEST JOKE in the paint shop world. Jack the owner just cares about money. Jerry the mechanic can rig stuff up but it's never the right way. Joe the painter is about the BEST one there and its sad...
Horrible work and way overpriced! Jack charges people more than one time to do a less than perfect job. These guys don't know the meaning of "quality service!" DON'T TAKE ANYTHING THERE IF YOU WANT IT DONE RIGHT!
They are the worst body shop I've ever had to deal with. Their quality of work is really bad and they don't have any certifications. I can't understand how they are still in business! Reported them to the BBB and am hoping to get the word out about how bad they really are!
