You should be ashamed of yourselves. We have been customers for the last two years. I have never received such poor customer service and bad attitude. This company doesn't care about the child. It's truly sad but true. I hoped my daughter would have a positive experience and pursue a lifetime of dance, but now she doesnt want to continue. Maybe it was the harsh comments, maybe it was the exclusion from class due to unposted billing errors, maybe it was participation in her final recital with her being excluded from receiving a diploma.
