Don't Worry - Creative Memories are Bullies on EBAY

You need to go back and read the original post again. Jack did not say he was a CM rep. If he has no contract with CM, he is not bound by their rules.
For example, my wife sells Mary Kay. As an Independant Beauty Consultant, she is discouraged from selling product on eBay, at flea markets, etc. But if someone buys product from her, they have every right to redistribute the products in...
