This was the worst experience!!!! They ordered what they thought would be best for my business when they could not get what I asked for. What I approved for the products is not what I got. When the order finally came in ( way past when it was suppose to be there) it was more then what I was quoted. So much for trying to support local business.

Initially I had great service and great pricing from this business. Over time, the pricing has gone up (not upset about that) but the service level has gone down. My rep acts like she is doing me a favor when she answers my questions and gives me a look like I am bothering her.There are plenty of other merchants in SLC that would be happy to have my business.

Wonderful experience ! Helped our family with a family reunion, we did 8 different items - tee shirts, hoodies, water bottles, lip balm, wristbands, napkins, golf shirts and hats. Everything arrived on time and was EXACTLY what we had ordered and all the logos were perfect. They were able to create the artwork - exactly what we had in mind and then found us shirts to fit everyone - from our 3-month-old grandson to one very pregnant mommy and our 3XL muscle man. Prices were so reasonable and the staff was excellent to work with.

They had fun ideas and suggested things we had not even...
