My floors look AWESOME!! The installers were neat, clean, and courteous. The office staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful! I will never go anywhere else for my floors!

Simply put they are the best! If you don't use C.C. you are making a big mistake. Service, knowledge, selection, problem solving, installation, etc.. are all 5 star. The box stores and flooring outlets cannot and will not do it better. As a home owner and contractor we have worked with many different flooring companies we will only use Creative Carpet & Flooring.

I used Creative Carpet to install a stair runner in my home, I was so pleased I could choose any carpet and they cut it to the exact specifications of my staircase, bound it and installed it, it's perfect and their employees are great to deal with!

They were incredible! I called needing carpet installed within 48 hours and they did everything they could to accommodate me! Everyone was great to work with! Diane worked so hard hard to make it all happen. Thank you so much! It made my move in so much better than it would have been!
