The Creation Museum in Santee is only a 20 minute drive from downtown San Diego. If your looking for a unique view on life's origins its a great place to visit and its FREE. It's recently gone through some renovations and the new dinosaur gardens have made it much more welcoming. The NEW Human Anatomy exhibit is really well done explaining the complexity of the human body and the overwhelming...

The biggest load of fantasy and mis-information I have ever seen. Great place to have a good laugh at what some people will accept as "science" though.

Wonderful to be able to go to a museum that reinforces what the Bible teaches! Wish the exhibit were a little more interactive and not as much pure reading - my pre-teens did get bored after awhile. Liked the tabernacle presentation, only wished it has been more biblically informative, rather than more evangelical in nature. Worth the price of admission!

The Creation and Earth History Museum, founded 20 years ago, is owned by Santee-based Scantibodies Laboratory, Inc., and is funded by a non-profit 501(c)(3) ministry, the Life and Light Foundation. "The museum is laid out to be a biblical walk through history," says Bill Hoesch, curator of the museum, who says that scientific data is "flexible enough that it can be interpreted very differently....
