DO NOT go HKY of New Bern unless you are just a sucker. Bike shops are closing all over, but they are NOT the only people in the area. I wanted to order an after-market filter, which every other dealer in the area and every site on-line has for $81.00 (no savings on-line, surprisingly), but Honda Kawasaki Yamaha of New Bern wants $125.00!! An additional $45.00 mark-up on an already marked up...

If you want some customer service here, tape the money to your forehead, otherwise forget about it. Service department is the same way. you have to ask for assistance. There are plenty of local motorcycle shops to do maintenance on your bike, use them.

The service is great. I have bought 2 motorcycles from them. They gave me the lowest price possible. They are kinda expensive on parts but they will get you in and out fairly quickly. You have to beware of the parts dept manager (Scott). He is shady. He will give you a price on a part and he might offer you a percentage off the price but after you leave and compare the price to another dealer...

We bought a motorcycle from here 4 years ago. The transaction went fairly smooth and we had no complaints. They only get 3 stars form me because literally everyone else I know who has done business with them has not had a good experience…
