Im appalled and had never experienced this type of unprofessional service in past. My Dr Batterman is wonderful. The nurses are great too. He takes the time to listen & he can relate because he has children. I love the fact that they have a walk in clinic in the morning. I appreciate the fact that I can call & get answers to questions without having to come into the office every time.
