I had a very poor experience with these cleaners after they ruined one of my dress shirts. They refused to reimburse more than 10% of the value of the shirt, even though the shirt had been worn less than 5 times. I have had previous experiences with other cleaners, who inevitably go out of their way to remedy the situation and keep the customer happy.

The line I got from the owner, Bailey Dempsey, was ""the shirt is going to wear out eventually, why should I be responsible if it happens in my custody."" I hope this is not the attitude they take with all their customers and was an...
