This company has shown nothing but the best since I walked into the model to sign a contract. I highly reccomend them. This is our second home with them. We purchased in Cypress Knoll and loved the area but needed a bigger home due to expanding family so we purchased a larger home in Lake Chatuaqua.

I purchased a house from Rottlund Homes in the North Forest Village Community. Two weeks ago we found a leak in the master bath room in the 2nd floor and cause damage on master bath room the cabinet and the first floor ceiling.

Rottlund Homes does not stand by their product, service accordingly and tries to get out of everything you complain to them about. Have had some major problems and they sent a person here one time for about a 1 minute look at the problem and he quickly said "not their problem." Rottlund Homes should be sued in a class action suit by anyone of us who own a Rottlund Home!
