Called them for pickup but they never showed. If you're looking for reliable cab service look elsewhere. Clearly not interested in customer service.

Very very unprofessional! I specified the hotel when making the reservation, my friend confirmed again at the airport before getting on the shuttle! They said it is no problem both times. Yet...
