This rating is for Cox in general. This store location in Alexandria is the closet one to my house. No phone call or email when they were coming or they changed it. I am not a user yet, but if the rest of the company is even 1/2 as good as Liz the custo mer service rep I talked to the company would be at least 5stars as she is a "10". Moving into the area and was told that either Cos or Verizon serviced our area....Liz returned my call almost immediately, sent me the information I needed and when I called her back....she remembered everything we talked...
