Cox sucks

Whenever I've needed service in the past, there has NEVER been a service charge. The last time there 2as a $49.95 service charge. They have started charging for directory assistance, which nobody used to charge for. Now it's $1 a pop. And God forbid if your phone service goes out at any time. They are now nickel and dimining you to death. May as well go back to Qwest and get some service.

Give A GOOD Phone Number....

Tried calling this number several times. It appears to be the FAX number. Why doesn't it say next to the listing that this is their fax number?

my expirience was not good they told me one price and billed me 40 higher they were rude and didnt say sorry. they are sneaky and underhanded and their bills prove it
