Initial impression was good, J. Cowette gave me a tip via phone to fix a problem, saving us time/money. For that reason, we called him first when planning a bathroom remodel. However, when a quote was requested for a remodeling job, he arrived and made notes, appearing interested. No further contact was ever received though.
