Help us make it rightI am the owner of Covington Wireless, Inc. The company has been doing business for almost 20 years now. In fact today we rolled on job number 88,656.
I would agree that my company did not meet the above expectations, after reviewing the customers notes, the notes from the dispatchers, the notes from Customer Care Center I do not believe that anyone would meet her expectations.
This is a example of one of the notes from our internal records:

I am waiting for a supervisor to call me back after 4 failed attempts to install/fix me satelite that worked fine until Covington sent someone out to install my new HD boxes.
They have failed to call as asked prior to appointments so I could meet them, I live less than 5 minutes from work, and didn't want to have to sit at home, but they just showed up and hung a tag on my door.
Then I called them to see what happened and they told me Dish gave them the wrong number... But they had already been to my house, and called before...hmmm...
So I tried to set another appt and was told to call...
