I ordered on line and when I went to pick it up, the sub that was supposed to be a 15 inch was 7.5 so they had to remake it and that took forever. I also got a seafood sub that tasted terrible....
They don't microwave your meat and such like some Cousins, they actually put it on flat top. This is really appreciated.
