Upon arrival, I was told there was no room available, despite having a fully pre-paid, confirmed reservation. Was taken to another hotel of far lower quality, which then charged me as well, despite promises to the contrary. Now fighting to get the double payment corrected. This is not what I would call good customer service.
Close to everything, can walk, have good sneex, transportation system is good.
Hotel is clean, desk staff attentive and polite. Housekeeping was on top of things. Room spotless and beds comfortable, bathroom clean and supplies were provided . WiFi was not working, since there only -2- days, didn't mention to anyone. Valet parking with in/out allowed. Would recommend if staying in DC.
Our stay was great, the hotel room was very spacious. The location is great and hotel staff was very helpful.
I booked using a third party for a room with king size bed and a sofa bed (for 3 adults and a kid). Initially we were only given a small room with only a king size bed but staff quickly transfer us to a bigger room with all the special request. I'm pretty much happy with the accommodation and definitely would recommend this hotel. Good and friendly staff.
