I really liked this stay. They accomodated me very well. The people on the first floor were very helpful and I really liked my room. I only wish I had known I was going to be charged another $20 upon the stay.

Good place for a business trip; probably not for leisure

This spot offers government rates which is attractive. There are many convenient amenities for the business traveler, including a frig, a safe, a comfortable desk, free wifi, a coffee maker (but no creamer) and a relatively quiet room. Homeless outside hotel and staying in hotel after begging for money

This is not a hotel you would want to stay at during your visit to DC. The homeless people outside the hotel begging for money are often found "hanging out" and chit chatting with the employees are actually staying at the hotel with you. It didn't just happen once but several times the homeless people road up in the elevator...
